Hastalar\u0131n tamam\u0131na yak\u0131n\u0131nda e\u015flik eden ba\u015fka bir hastal\u0131k yoktur ve seboreik dermatit i\u00e7 organlara zarar vermez. \u00c7ok nadiren yo\u011fun tedaviye ra\u011fmen diren\u00e7li olma durumunda baz\u0131 hastal\u0131klar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ileri tetkik edilir.<\/p>\n<p>Sa\u00e7larda kepek olu\u015fumu ise sa\u00e7 egzamas\u0131n\u0131n hafif derecedeki bir t\u00fcr\u00fc olup yeti\u015fkinlerin %50\u2019sinde g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Kepeklenmesi olan herkeste seboreik dermatit geli\u015fmez ancak seboreik dermatiti olan hastalar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u0131sm\u0131nda iyile\u015fme d\u00f6nemlerinde devam eden kepeklenme \u015fik\u00e2yeti g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir.<\/p>\n<p>Seboreik dermatit hastalar\u0131nda uygulanan tedavilerle hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n bulgular\u0131 ge\u00e7ici bir s\u00fcre ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131labilir.
